Select a Program and University. Look into Estonian Universities and programs that meet your academic and professional objectives. Common Courses are: Bachelor’s degrees in business, engineering, social science and Information technology. Master’s degree in entrepreneurship, e-governance, cyber security, and many more. 2. Verify Admission Conditions: • In Bachelor’s degree programs a high school diploma or its equivalent. Proof of Language Proficiency (Commonly in English) • In Master’s Degree Programs a bachelor’s degree in a similar field. Minimum academic percentage (varies by University). Proof of Language Proficiency. Most Programs are taught in English.
